International Sales - A Niche Market

Based on survey data from the last 12 months, international buyers account for approximately two percent of total U.S. home sales. Given that international purchasers tend to focus on the upper end of the home markets, the purchases account for somewhat over 3 percent of dollar sales. International sales are a niche market, heavily concentrated in Florida, Texas, California, and Arizona. However, most states generally have at least some level of international sales over a year. The Research Division has a variety of publications related to the interests, customs, and expectations of international customers here on our website.
