Referrals Matter

  • Sixty-four percent of all home buyers and 66 percent of repeat buyers contacted only 1 agent during their search process. If a potential buyer is calling or e-mailing you, they will probably work with you.
  • Fifty-seven percent used an agent that was referred to them or they had worked with before.
  • Nine in 10 recent buyers would refer their agent or work with them again.
