According to NAR’s recently released quarterly Commercial Market Survey, NAR’s commercial practitioners are reporting that they are seeing more business opportunities.

The Great Recession seriously impacted the demand for commercial space. Employment provides the main thrust for commercial space demand, and the lack of jobs has been a major issue at the national level.

    Good to see a positive note on CI. My guess is apartments and NNN properties are the strongest areas. Also, don’t want to confuse “business opportunities” with “Biz Ops”.
