NAR’s Commercial Real Estate Survey: Prices

According to NAR’s recently released quarterly Commercial Market Survey, the decline in commercial real estate prices, as experienced by NAR commercial practitioners, is moderating with the end of the Great Recession.

The level of commercial real estate transactions tends to lag the economy by a year or more, so we are probably looking for price improvements over the next 18 months as the economy continues to expand.
