Foot Traffic: Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS®

  • Foot traffic and future home sales have a strong correlation. SentriLock, LLC. provides NAR Research with monthly data on the number of showings.
  • Foot traffic in the area covered by the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS® for February extended the year-over-year gain in foot traffic from January. Traffic figures for February were 63% stronger than a year ago and marked the 9th consecutive year-over-year gain in buyer interest.
  • Steadily improving employment conditions, record low mortgage rates and moderate weather have helped to fuel strong interest in the early spring market.
