- Foot traffic in the area covered by the Manitowoc County Board of REALTORS® (Wisconsin) was 74% higher in March of 2012 than the same time last year.
- This year-over-year trend is slightly lower than last month’s 75% gain, but is very strong by recent history and points to a strong early-spring market.
