- Year-over-year foot traffic levels were slightly lower in May of this year relative to the same period in 2011 in the area covered by the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS® (Joplin, Missouri).
- Though down roughly 3% from May of last year, foot traffic remains well above levels in May of 2010 and 2009.
