- Based on a survey conducted in July of 2012, 86 percent of NAR members reported owning at least one residential or commercial property.
- Forty-five percent of members own one property and 27 percent own two to three properties.
- Nine percent owned 5 properties or more.
- Only 9 percent reported renting and 5 percent reported they lived with someone else.
