Spin Machine at it again!
If you count all the 90 day late as not homeowners which Census does we are looking at a home-ownership rate of 62%. This number out of all the Housing Data has the biggest flaw in it. They should add a * and let you know what the rates would be counting 30,60,90 date lates.
Shhhh.. it’s not as good as it looks
DTI debt to income ratio will always be the baseline strength of housing and DTI is still to high for Americans because income growth has been horrid for a long time
